This Mint Cookie Creami is a smooth and refreshing homemade frozen dessert packed with cool mint flavor, creamy texture, and crunchy chocolate cookie pieces. Made in the Ninja Creami machine, this easy mint chocolate ice cream recipe tastes just like a premium ice cream shop favorite. Perfect for warm weather, dessert cravings, or mint chocolate lovers, this creamy treat is simple to customize and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring, optional
  • 4 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until smooth and fully combined.
  • If desired, add a few drops of green food coloring and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Secure the lid and freeze the container on a flat surface for at least 24 hours.
  • Remove the frozen pint from the freezer and install it into the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Process using the Ice Cream setting.
  • If the texture appears crumbly after the first spin, add a small splash of milk and use the Respin function.
  • Create a hole in the center of the ice cream and add the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mini chocolate chips.
  • Process using the Mix-In setting until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop and serve immediately.

Notes

Freeze the base completely flat for the best Creami texture.Add extra cookies or chocolate chunks for a more indulgent dessert.Peppermint extract gives the classic mint chocolate flavor.Dairy-free milk and cream substitutes can be used if needed.If leftovers freeze too hard, let the pint sit at room temperature for a few minutes before respinning.
