Ingredients

For the salad:

  • Fresh peaches, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Mixed greens

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Crumbled cheese (feta or goat cheese)
  • Nuts (almonds or pecans)

For the raspberry dressing:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Olive oil
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
