Turkish Flatbread Beef Pizzas are a savory, crispy flatbread topped with spiced ground beef, herbs, and vegetables, inspired by traditional Turkish flavors—perfect for a quick, delicious meal or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Tomato, finely chopped
  • Tomato paste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Yogurt (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato, tomato paste, parsley, paprika, cumin, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Place flatbread or rolled-out dough onto the prepared tray.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of the beef mixture over the surface, pressing gently into the dough.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until edges are crisp and beef is fully cooked.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and add yogurt if desired.
  • Slice and serve warm.
