High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are a creamy, satisfying, and protein-packed frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and protein powder. Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet, plate, or tray that fits in your freezer with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and protein powder.
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped peanuts if using.
  • Using a spoon or small cookie scoop, portion the mixture into 12–16 bite-sized mounds on the prepared tray.
  • Gently flatten each mound slightly if desired.
  • Sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt over the tops for extra flavor.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 2–3 hours, or until the bites are completely firm.
  • Transfer the frozen bites to an airtight freezer-safe container.
