Ingredients

ground beef or ground turkey
taco seasoning
romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce
cherry tomatoes
shredded cheese
red onion
kidney beans or black beans
corn
tortilla chips
Catalina dressing
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and a small amount of water. Simmer for a few minutes until well combined and flavorful. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, diced red onion, beans, and corn.
