Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange the sliced bananas evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, half of the brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  • Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture over the bananas.
  • In a separate large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
