This skillet ravioli lasagna is a quick and easy one-pan dinner loaded with cheese-filled ravioli, savory meat sauce, and melted mozzarella. It delivers all the classic lasagna flavors in a fast, family-friendly recipe perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • Ground beef or Italian sausage
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Marinara sauce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Italian seasoning
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until softened, then add garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Add ground beef or sausage and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  • Add ravioli directly into the skillet and gently stir to coat in sauce.
  • Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are tender.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and let melt for a few minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

Notes
