Ingredients

  • 2 yellowfin tuna steaks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  • Pat the yellowfin tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  • Brush the tuna steaks lightly with the marinade and let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
