This ground beef & potatoes skillet is a quick and easy one-pan dinner made with seasoned beef, crispy golden potatoes, and simple spices. Perfect for busy weeknights, this hearty skillet meal is budget-friendly, flavorful, and requires minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Potatoes, diced
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning
  • Optional: shredded cheese
  • Optional: fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly golden and tender.
  • Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.
  • Push potatoes to one side and add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  • Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook for another 5–7 minutes until potatoes are fully tender.
  • Optional: Sprinkle cheese on top and cover briefly until melted.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
