Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange sliced plums cut-side down in the pan and sprinkle lightly with sugar.
  4. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract.
  7. In another bowl, whisk gluten free flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
