Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup cocktail sauce, for serving
  • Crackers or toasted bread slices
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seafood by draining and chopping the shrimp and crab meat into bite-sized pieces if needed.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the shrimp and crab meat, being careful not to break up the seafood too much.
  4. Spread the seafood mixture onto crackers, toasted baguette slices, or cucumber rounds.
  5. For warm appetizers, arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until heated through.
