Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Pat the tuna steaks dry with paper towels.
  • Season the tuna lightly with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Prepare three shallow bowls:
    • One with flour
    • One with beaten eggs
    • One with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika
  • Coat each tuna steak in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally press into the panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
