Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Uncooked white rice
  • Onion, diced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Beef broth
  • Cream of mushroom soup
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, until rice is tender.
  • Remove foil, top with cheddar cheese, and bake 10–15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
