This brownie wreath is a rich, fudgy chocolate dessert shaped into a festive ring and decorated like a holiday wreath. Easy to make and fun to customize, it’s the perfect centerpiece dessert for celebrations and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 cup green icing or frosting
  • Sprinkles, candies, or decorative toppings

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a ring-shaped pan, or use a round pan with a heatproof container in the center to form a hole.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until combined.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; fold gently until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set but still slightly fudgy in the center.
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.
  • Decorate the top with green icing to resemble a wreath.
  • Add sprinkles and candies to mimic ornaments.
  • Slice and serve.
