Ingredients

  • 12 mini tart shells or shortcrust pastry (pre-baked)

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. If using homemade pastry, bake tart shells until golden and let them cool completely.
  2. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until just beginning to simmer.
  3. Remove from heat and pour over chopped white chocolate. Let sit for 1 minute.
