Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 12 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: lemon zest, honey, fresh herbs, or garlic for flavor

Instructions

  1. Add ricotta cheese to a food processor or mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle in olive oil and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend using a food processor or whip with a hand mixer or whisk for 1–2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add optional ingredients such as lemon zest, herbs, or honey if desired.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with more olive oil or garnish as desired.
  6. Serve immediately with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
