Wedge Salad Bites are a fun, bite-sized version of the classic wedge salad, featuring crisp iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and a drizzle of tangy dressing. Perfect for parties or casual gatherings, they’re easy to make, serve, and enjoy without utensils.

Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp chives or green onions, finely chopped (optional garnish)
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small, sturdy wedge-like chunks that can be picked up with a toothpick.
  2. Arrange the lettuce pieces on a serving platter.
  3. Top each wedge with a halved cherry tomato and a few blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Drizzle lightly with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped chives or green onions, if using.
  6. Insert a toothpick into each wedge to secure the toppings.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
