Watermelon Juice is a naturally sweet, refreshing drink made from fresh watermelon. It’s hydrating, healthy, and perfect for hot days, picnics, or a light and fruity refreshment any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon chunks (seedless or seeds removed)
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or agave syrup (to taste)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, removing any seeds if necessary.
  2. Place the watermelon chunks in a blender.
  3. Add optional lime/lemon juice, mint leaves, and honey or agave if desired.
  4. Blend until completely smooth.
  5. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture (optional).
  6. Serve immediately over ice or chill in the fridge before serving.

Notes

Use a ripe watermelon for the best sweetness and flavor.Straining is optional but helps remove pulp if preferred.Chill the watermelon beforehand for an extra cold drink without needing too much ice.Can be frozen into popsicles or ice cubes for later use.
