This Vegan Garlic Bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with rich garlic flavor and a buttery plant-based spread. Perfect as a side for pasta, soups, or salads, this easy dairy-free garlic bread is quick to make and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or loaf of Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Slice the bread in half lengthwise.
  • In a bowl, mix vegan butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil for extra crispiness.
  • Place bread on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes until edges are golden and crispy.
  • For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching carefully.
  • Slice and serve warm.
