Vampire donuts are a spooky and fun Halloween treat made by decorating donuts with plastic vampire fangs, candy eyes, and red gel ‘blood.’ They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties or festive breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 612 glazed or frosted donuts (store-bought or homemade)
  • 612 pairs of plastic vampire fangs (clean and food-safe)
  • 1224 candy eyes
  • Red gel icing or frosting
  • Optional: chocolate chips or Halloween sprinkles for extra decoration

Instructions

  1. Place the donuts on a flat surface or serving tray.
  2. Gently insert a pair of plastic vampire fangs into the center hole of each donut to form a mouth.
  3. Place two candy eyes above the fangs on each donut, using a dab of red gel or frosting to help them stick.
  4. Use red gel icing to create blood drips around the fangs for a spooky effect.
  5. Optional: Add chocolate chips or sprinkles to give each donut extra character.
  6. Serve immediately or store in a single layer until ready to serve.

Notes

Plastic vampire fangs are not edible and should be removed before eating.Use different donut types like chocolate or powdered sugar for variety.Mini donuts and mini fangs make great bite-sized versions.Frosting dots with black gel can be used in place of candy eyes.Best made the day of for freshness and best presentation.
