  • 2 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ciabatta rolls or slices of sourdough/focaccia bread
  • 12 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach or arugula (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for toasting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or panini press over medium heat if serving warm.
