Ingredients

Instructions

  • Wash and slice the peaches and tomatoes into evenly sized pieces.
  • Arrange the peaches and tomatoes on a serving platter, alternating them for a beautiful presentation.
  • Place the burrata in the center of the platter, or gently tear it into pieces and distribute it over the salad.
  • Scatter the fresh basil leaves on top.
