Toffee apple dip is a creamy, sweet dessert dip made with cream cheese, brown sugar, and toffee bits. It’s perfect for serving with crisp apple slices and is a no-bake, crowd-pleasing treat ready in just 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits (like Heath or Skor), divided
  • Apples, sliced (for dipping)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, to prevent browning of apples)
  • Caramel sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese sit at room temperature until softened.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in most of the toffee bits, reserving a few tablespoons for topping.
  5. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and top with remaining toffee bits and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.
  6. Slice apples and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning. Serve immediately with the dip.

Notes
