A refreshing and hydrating smoothie made with sweet watermelon, tangy strawberries, and creamy yogurt. Perfect for breakfast, a healthy snack, or a post-workout drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. Add the watermelon cubes and strawberries to a blender.
  2. Spoon in the yogurt and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a thicker texture.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately, chilled.
