A creamy, no-bake strawberry fudge made with white chocolate, condensed milk, and strawberry gelatin. Pretty in pink, this easy treat is perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix (such as Jell-O)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, freeze-dried strawberries, or white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberry gelatin mix until fully incorporated and the mixture turns pink.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Add optional toppings such as sprinkles or crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Cut into squares and serve.
