Strawberry Brownie Kabobs are a simple and fun dessert that combines fudgy brownie cubes with fresh strawberries, all served on skewers. Perfect for parties, picnics, or quick treats, these kabobs are easy to assemble and customizable with chocolate drizzle or added toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 batch of brownies, baked and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1  fresh strawberries, hulled and halved if large
  • 1012 wooden skewers (6 to 8 inches)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup melted chocolate for drizzling
  • Optional: 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Bake the brownies according to your recipe or package instructions. Let them cool completely, then cut into bite-sized squares.
  2. Wash, hull, and dry the strawberries. Halve any that are too large.
  3. Thread a brownie cube onto a skewer, followed by a strawberry. Continue alternating until the skewer is full, leaving room at the bottom for holding.
  4. Optionally, add mini marshmallows between the brownie and strawberry for added texture.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining skewers.
  6. Arrange the finished kabobs on a serving platter.
  7. If desired, drizzle with melted chocolate and let it set.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Fudgy brownies work best as they hold their shape and provide rich flavor.

You can use store-bought brownies for convenience.Assemble up to 24 hours in advance and keep refrigerated.Do not freeze, as strawberries and brownies may lose texture.Use fresh strawberries instead of frozen for best results.
