  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb fresh salmon (cooked or raw, diced)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 23 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (optional, softened)
  • 45 nori sheets, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (for serving)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced (optional)
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, combine diced salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, and cream cheese (if using). Stir until creamy and well coated.
  3. Spread the salmon mixture evenly over the rice layer.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
  5. Remove from oven and top with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, cucumber, avocado, or other desired toppings.
  6. Serve warm with nori sheets for scooping and soy sauce on the side.

Notes

Adjust the heat by adding more or less sriracha.Substitute salmon with tuna, crab, or shrimp for variety. For a cheesy version, sprinkle mozzarella on top before baking.Use cauliflower rice for a low-carb alternative.Best enjoyed fresh, as rice and fish do not freeze well.
