Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
  • Season wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder (if using).
  • Arrange wings in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  • In a saucepan, combine orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, orange zest, honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  • Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5–7 minutes.
  • Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then stir into the sauce. Cook until thickened.
  • Toss baked wings in the sauce until fully coated.
  • Return wings to the oven for 5–10 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
