S’mores Bars are a gooey, chocolatey dessert that combines all the classic campfire flavors—graham crackers, melted chocolate, and toasted marshmallows—into an easy-to-make bar form. Perfect for sharing, no campfire required!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles damp sand.
  4. Press about two-thirds of the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  6. Spread mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
  7. Crumble the remaining graham cracker mixture over the top.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and marshmallows are puffed.
  9. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
