Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber into ¼-inch thick rounds. Arrange on a serving platter.
  2. In a bowl, mash the avocados with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth but slightly chunky.
  3. Spoon or pipe a small amount of avocado mixture onto each cucumber slice.
