Slow Cooker Turkey Breast Roast is a tender, juicy turkey cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker, delivering classic flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 34 lb turkey breast roast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil or melted butter and season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place sliced onion and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Set the seasoned turkey breast on top of the onions.
  5. Pour the broth around the turkey, avoiding washing off the seasoning.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, until the turkey is tender and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Carefully remove the turkey from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. If desired, spoon some of the cooking juices over the sliced turkey before serving.
