Ingredients

  • 68 cups oyster crackers
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper or black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, and optional spices. Stir to blend well.
  3. Add oyster crackers and toss gently until evenly coated.
  4. Spread crackers in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crisp.
