Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1012 Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped into small pieces (plus a few extra for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. This will make cutting and serving the fudge much easier.
  2. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Stir constantly until the chocolate and peanut butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Add the Reese’s: Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
  4. Pour and set: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer. Top with additional chopped Reese’s pieces if desired, pressing them gently into the fudge.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is fully set and firm. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight for best results.
  6. Serve: Once the fudge has set, remove it from the pan using the parchment paper or foil. Cut it into small squares and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

Milk Chocolate Fudge: For a sweeter, milk chocolate version, swap the semi-sweet chocolate chips with milk chocolate chips.Add Nuts: If you love extra crunch, you can add crushed peanuts or other nuts to the fudge mixture for added texture.Marble Fudge: Swirl some melted white chocolate or additional peanut butter into the fudge mixture before setting it for a marbled effect.Vegan Version: Use dairy-free sweetened condensed milk and vegan chocolate chips to make this fudge vegan-friendly.Salted Caramel Fudge: Add a layer of caramel sauce to the top of the fudge before chilling for an added layer of flavor.
