Raspberry Frozen Yogurt Bites are creamy, fruity, and refreshing no-bake treats made with raspberries, yogurt, and optional sweeteners or granola. Perfect as a healthy snack, dessert, or on-the-go breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or regular yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional, for topping or base)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash raspberries slightly with a fork to release some juice.
  2. Mix raspberries with yogurt and honey (if using) until combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into silicone molds, mini muffin cups, or onto a parchment-lined tray in small dollops.
  4. If using granola, sprinkle on top or press a layer into molds before adding yogurt mixture.
  5. Freeze for 2–3 hours, or until fully solid.
  6. Pop bites out of molds and store in a freezer-safe container.

Use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan-friendly version.Swap raspberries for blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries.Add shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, or lemon zest for variety.Eat straight from the freezer for best texture.For dessert-like bites, drizzle melted dark chocolate over tops before freezing.
