Pretzel-Almond Bark is a quick, no-bake chocolate treat featuring crunchy roasted almonds, salty pretzels, and rich melted chocolate. Perfect for gifting, parties, or snacking, it’s easy to make and irresistibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (or chopped chocolate)
  • 1 cup roasted almonds, chopped or whole
  • 1 cup mini pretzels or broken pretzel sticks
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate or caramel, melted (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals or using a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle chopped almonds and pretzel pieces evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to help them stick.
  6. Drizzle with melted white chocolate or caramel if desired, and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  7. Let the bark cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until fully set.
  8. Once hardened, break into bite-sized pieces and enjoy or store.
