Pizza Pull Apart Rolls are soft, cheesy, bite-sized rolls filled with classic pizza flavors like mozzarella, sauce, and toppings—all rolled into golden, shareable pieces. Perfect for parties, snacks, or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce or marinara (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a round baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge into a log, then slice into 1½-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange rolls cut-side up in the prepared baking dish with a little space between each one.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve with warm marinara for dipping.
