Pink Sauce Pasta is a creamy, flavorful dish made by blending tomato sauce with cream, creating a beautiful rosy-colored sauce. Quick and comforting, this pasta is ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce and simmer for 5–7 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add heavy cream. Stir until the sauce turns pink and creamy.
  5. Mix in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and additional Parmesan, then serve hot.
