This pineapple smoothie is bright, refreshing, and naturally sweet with a creamy texture. Perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or as a cooling tropical snack, it’s easy to make and highly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple chunks, banana, milk, yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or milk as desired.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes
