Pickle Dip is a creamy, tangy, and savory appetizer made with cream cheese, sour cream, dill pickles, and seasonings. It’s a quick and easy dip perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and pickle juice, mixing until creamy.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fold in fresh dill if using.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Serve with chips, pretzels, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter version.Add shredded cheddar cheese for extra flavor.Swap dill pickles for bread-and-butter pickles for a sweeter twist.Mix in chopped pickled jalapeños for a spicy version.Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
