Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
  • Stir in diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add tomato sauce, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in broth or water, cover, and simmer until potatoes are tender.
