Oreo Cherry Chocolate Chip No-Bake Cheesecake is a rich and creamy dessert with layers of crushed Oreo crust, chocolate chip-studded cheesecake filling, and a sweet cherry topping. It’s easy to make, no oven required, and perfect for entertaining or a make-ahead treat.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping or 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling, plus more for topping
  • Extra Oreo pieces or chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping (or whipped cream) until fully incorporated.
  6. Stir in the mini chocolate chips and gently fold in 1 cup of cherry pie filling to create a marbled effect.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Top with additional cherry pie filling and garnish with extra Oreo pieces or chocolate chips if desired.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
