Oreo Balls are decadent, no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a chocolate coating. These bite-sized truffles are rich, creamy, and perfect for parties, gifting, or satisfying a sweet tooth with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies (classic or any flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz melting chocolate or chocolate chips (white, milk, or dark)
  • Optional: sprinkles, crushed Oreo crumbs, or chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish if desired.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and blend or mix until fully combined into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork, letting excess drip off. Return to baking sheet.
  7. While wet, top with sprinkles or reserved Oreo crumbs if desired.
  8. Chill again until chocolate is set, about 10–15 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
