Olive Garden Chicken Pasta is a creamy, savory dish inspired by the popular restaurant favorite. Featuring tender chicken, pasta, and a rich Parmesan-garlic cream sauce, it’s an easy and satisfying meal to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz pasta of choice (fettuccine, penne, or rotini)
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley, baby spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes if desired.
