Ideal for parties or special occasions, this treat requires minimal prep time and no oven—just chill and serve!

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 cup Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread)

  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

For topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream (for garnish)

  • Chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)

  • Additional Nutella for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until combined and the mixture resembles wet sand. Press evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to set.

  • Make the filling: Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, beating until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until fully incorporated.

  • Assemble the cheesecake: Spoon the Nutella cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best results.

  • Serve: Once the cheesecake is fully set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Garnish with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts, and extra Nutella drizzle if desired. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Variations: Add a chocolate drizzle for extra richness, or top with fresh berries for a fruity contrast. For a coffee-flavored twist, incorporate instant coffee or espresso powder into the filling.Storage/Reheating: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. This cheesecake is best served cold and does not require reheating.
