Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (e.g., Oreos or chocolate wafers)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chocolate shavings, chopped hazelnuts, or extra Nutella for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the Nutella and powdered sugar. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture in batches until smooth and fully incorporated.
  7. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or chopped hazelnuts if desired.

Notes

Use Oreo cookies with the filling for a sweeter, more chocolatey crust. For a firmer texture, freeze the pie and thaw slightly before serving.Mascarpone cheese can be used instead of cream cheese for a lighter flavor.Reduce powdered sugar slightly if you prefer less sweetness.Best served cold—do not reheat.
