This No-Bake Strawberry Tiramisu is a light and refreshing dessert made with layers of sweet strawberries, creamy mascarpone filling, and soft ladyfingers. This easy no-bake tiramisu recipe is perfect for summer desserts, gatherings, or special occasions.
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 package ladyfinger cookies
8 oz mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup strawberry juice or strawberry syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and a small amount of sugar. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.
In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie into the strawberry juice or syrup, making sure not to soak them too long.
Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream.
Repeat the layers of ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries, finishing with a cream layer on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the dessert to set.
Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries
