Ninja Creami Strawberry Ice Cream is a creamy, fruity homemade dessert made with fresh strawberries and a few simple ingredients. Using the Ninja Creami, you can easily create rich, scoopable ice cream that’s customizable and perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (slightly thawed if frozen)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice (sugar, honey, or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries, milk, cream, sweetener, vanilla extract, and lemon juice if using.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami  container and secure the lid tightly.
  4. Freeze the container for at least 24 hours until completely solid.
  5. Place the frozen container into the Ninja Creami and run the Ice Cream setting.
  6. If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tbsp milk and run the Re-spin function until smooth.
  7. Serve immediately or store covered in the freezer. Re-spin before serving if needed.

Notes

Freeze for a full 24 hours for best results in the Ninja Creami.For a frozen yogurt version, swap cream for Greek yogurt.Add chopped strawberries, chocolate chips, or crushed cookies after the first spin using the Mix-in setting.To make it dairy-free, use almond, oat, or coconut milk with coconut cream.If ice cream hardens in storage, re-spin with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
