Melted Swiss, Turkey, and Cranberry Crostini is a warm and delicious appetizer made with crispy toasted baguette slices, savory turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and gooey melted Swiss cheese. Perfect for holiday parties, leftover turkey recipes, and elegant entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or French bread, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups cooked turkey slices or shredded turkey
  • 6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese, cut into smaller pieces
  • ¾ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Fresh rosemary or parsley for garnish
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet.
  • Brush each slice lightly with butter or olive oil.
  • Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly toasted and crisp.
  • Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each toasted bread slice.
  • Top each slice with turkey and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  • Add Swiss cheese on top of each crostini.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 5 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley and serve warm.
