Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the maple glaze.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. For extra caramelization, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of cooking.
  6. Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
