Mango Guacamole is a tropical twist on classic guacamole, combining creamy avocados with sweet mango, zesty lime, and fresh cilantro. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and perfect for summer parties, tacos, or as a unique appetizer dip.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, minced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into a mixing bowl. Mash to desired consistency.
  2. Add diced mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Gently stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust lime juice or salt if needed.
  5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or fresh veggies.
